Baku-Tblisi-Ceyhan Marine Crude Oil Terminal in CeyhanIn January-July 2012 by the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline exported 17.888 million tons of oil.According to 1news.az reports with reference to the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan ( SOCAR ), as compared with January-June 2011 exports fell by 1.979 million tons.
In January, exports totaled 2.7 million tons, February - 2.45 million tons, March - 2.7 million tons, April - 2.3 million tons, May - 2.801 million tonnes, June - 2.732 million tonnes , July - 2.12 million tons.
Note that in the past year through the pipeline exported 32.224 million tons of oil.Overall, since the beginning of the pipeline as of August 1, 2012 pumped 193.669 million tons.The length of the BTC pipeline is 1,768 km, of which 443 km are in Azerbaijan, Georgia 248 km, 1,076 km in Turkey.
