    Turkey Launches Blue Homeland-2026 Naval Exercise

    Turkey's Blue Homeland-26 Exercise kicks off April 3-9, 2026, with 120 ships, 50 aircraft, and 15,000 personnel in the Black Sea, Aegean, and Mediterranean.

    The Ministry of National Defense (MSB) announced that the Blue Homeland-26 Exercise has commenced from April 3 to April 9 in the Black Sea, Aegean Sea, and Eastern Mediterranean. A total of 120 ships, 50 aircraft, and 15,000 personnel from the Naval, Land, and Air Forces Command, as well as the Coast Guard Command, are participating in the exercise.

    In a post shared on the ministry's social media account under the title 'April 3-9, 2026, Black Sea-Aegean Sea-Eastern Mediterranean', it was stated, 'The Blue Homeland-26 Exercise has started with a total of 120 ships and 50 aircraft from the Naval Forces Command, Land Forces Command, Air Forces Command, and Coast Guard Command.'

    The Blue Homeland-2026 Exercise has begun.
