Yang Ming adds ship to Japan-PDR-Taiwan-Thailand service
TAIWAN's Yang Ming is to add an intra-Asia service linking Japan, Taiwan, the Pearl River area and Thailand by joining as ship provider.
The JT2 service is operated by APL and Cheng Lie Navigation (CNC), the intra-Asia arm of CMA CGM, reports Alphaliner.
The JT2 rotation is Osaka, Kobe, Moji, Hakata, Kaohsiung, Shenzhen-Chiwan, Laem Chabang, Hong Kong, Kaohsiung and back to Osaka.
It turns in three weeks with three ships of 1,700-1,850 TEU. Yang Ming will provide the chartered 1,850-TEU Aja Ipsa, joining the sister ship Asia Ipsa and the 1,702-TEU Asterix.
