RUSSIA has suspended participation in a United Nations brokered Black Sea grain deal after a drone attack on its navy in Crimea, Reuters reports.

Since Russia and Ukraine signed the UN-backed Black Sea Grain Initiative in Turkey on July 22, more than nine million tonnes of corn, wheat, sunflower products, barley, rapeseed and soya have been exported from Ukraine.
