HONG Kong's flagship carrier cathay Pacific has temporarily suspended all services to Tel Aviv, Israel, until the end of March next year.
In a statement, the airline said: 'In view of the uncertainty related to the ongoing situation in Israel, all Cathay Pacific flights to and from Tel Aviv from today (December 5) up to and including March 28, 2024, will be cancelled.'
Cathay said all affected customers who have not received a message from the airline Pacific are advised to check the current status of their booking via Manage Booking.

'Our ticket waiver policy is in place to provide choice and flexibility. Customers who are booked to travel on Cathay Pacific flights between Hong Kong and Tel Aviv up to 31 March 2024 can rebook, reroute or refund their travel without the usual fees,' the statement said adding that 'despite our best efforts, alternative flights are very limited in the current situation, severely restricting rebooking options.'
