The 'Ocean K
The 'Ocean K. Rusby' suffered the failure of one of its Z-drive units and the release of some gearbox oil into the sea in position 72 36 39.1N, 79 14 37.4W, on July 22, 2018, at 08.28 a.m. The tug was subsequently towed to Milne Inlet, Nunavut.
