AERO Africa group is increasing its presence in China and the UAE by introducing a new sea-air combined transport service from Asia to 70 African locations via Dubai, reports Mumbai's Logistics Update Africa.
This newly launched Sea Air Solution (SAS) product brings distinct advantages to local economies, airlines, airports, seaports, shipping companies, freight forwarders, importers, and exporters.
Additionally the Dubai hub offers significant strategic benefits regarding time, transportation, infrastructure amenities, and storage expenses.
'SAS is responsive to the client's needs for a solution to service their logistical dilemma between Asia & Africa,' said Sea-Air Chair Prof Issa Baluch.
'Sea/Air multimodal transport is quite demanding in terms of the links in the chain, and it is refreshing to see aero Africa dedicating their team in Asia, ME, and Africa all focused to deliver an integrated multimodal solution to the satisfaction of their clients.'
