ONLINE air cargo booking platform, Miami-based SkySpace Cargo, has added three new locations - Kaula Lumpur, Warsaw and Buenos Aires to its network.
Founded two years ago by veteran freight forwarders, the company has boosted its client base to reach a milestone 50,000 users in the last quarter.
The company opened a data and support centre in Mexico, enlarged its US team and signed partnership agreements with some of the world's largest freight forwarder networks.
CEO Toby Raworth says the company started with a solid foundation in Brazil, still one of their key markets today. Their core client base has grown just as strong in the United States, Germany and France.
To meet growing global demand, SkySpace is embarking in a major expansion this quarter. In February, call centres will open in Buenos Aires and Kuala Lumpur followed by Warsaw in March.
SkySpace Cargo says they released the world's first air cargo trading platform, which freight forwarders use to quote, book and manage global shipments. The platform optimises routes from 50,000 flights and 100 airlines.
