Sichuan Airlines starts twice weekly Brussels-to-Xian cargo service

CHENGDU-based Sichuan Airlines has commenced a twice weekly cargo service between Brussels and Xian in central China that is operated by Airbus A330 freighter aircraft. ATC Aviation Services will act as its general sales and supervision agent (GSSA) in Europe.
'From Xi'an, connection by air and trucking are offered to the main destinations in China. Additional international freighter services are operated by Sichuan Airlines to Japan and India.
'By working together with ATC we rely on an experienced international network which will support us to increase sales within these major markets,' said Sichuan Airlines logistics manager Edward Zhou.
With 150 aircraft, Sichuan Airlines operates the largest all-Airbus fleet in China, serving 300 domestic and international routes covering Asia, Europe, North America and Africa.
Said ATC Aviation CEO Ingo Zimmer: 'Our professional and experienced team will work continuously to position Europe as an important point of sales for the airline's international network.'
