Singapore's psa has been voted the Best Global Container Terminal Operator for the 14th time at the 2021 Asian Freight, Logistics & Supply Chain Awards (AFLAS).
PSA Singapore was named the Best Container Terminal for Asia over four million TEU, marking the 31st time the terminal has won.
'These industry accolades, received during extraordinary times, are especially meaningful as they validate our efforts to help our partners and stakeholders cushion supply chain disruptions and maintain essential business activities in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic and shifting trade patterns,' said PSA CEO Tan Chong Meng.
'I would like to thank our customers and business partners for their continued vote of confidence, as well as convey my deep appreciation to our staff, unions and management whose unceasing dedication and contributions have made this possible. PSA will continue to seek mutually beneficial collaborations in the ports and logistics spheres; and invest in digitisation and innovative technologies to enable more resilient and sustainable supply chain ecosystems around the world.' said Mr Meng.
