HONG KONG's Overseas Orient Container Line (OOCL) has cancelled two round trip transpacific sailings in light of the anticipated low seasonal demand, the company announced.
Specifically, OOCL announced the withdrawal of the Pacific China North 1 (PCN1) sailing of the Cosco Italy (TLY) 031E/W: ETA Tianjin on October 5 in Week 40 for eastbound, and ETA Prince Rupert on October 24 in Week 43 for westbound.
This service resumes with Cosco England (GEC) 033E/W: ETA Tianjin on October 12 in Week 41 for eastbound, and ETA Prince Rupert on October 31 in Week 44 for westbound.
Also cancelled in the Pacific China Central 2 (PCC2) service will be the sailing of the Kota Puri (KPR) 036E/W: ETA Lianyungang on October 1 in Week 40 for eastbound, and ETA Long Beach on October 20 in Week 42 for westbound.
This service resumes with Cosco Taicang (CIC) 064E/W: ETA Lianyungang on October 8 in Week 41 for eastbound, and ETA Long Beach on October 27 in Week 43 for westbound.
