HONG Kong's Orient Overseas Container Line (OOCL), now a Cosco union, has announced the cancellation to a number of transpacific sailings in response to low seasonal demand.

Thus, in the Pacific China Central 1 (PCC1) service, the sailing of the OOCL Luxemburg (OLU) 069E/W with its ETA Ningbo on October 12 in Week 41 for eastbound, and its ETA Long Beach on October 28 in Week 44 for westbound has been cancelled.



Service resumes with OOCL Taipei (OTP) 037E/W: ETA Ningbo on October 19 in Week 42 for eastbound, and ETA Long Beach on November 4 in Week 45 for westbound.



In regards to the Pacific China South 1 (PCS1), the sailing of the CMA CGM Bougainville (GCB) 018E/W with its ETA Fuqing on October 6 in Week 40 for eastbound, and its ETA Los Angeles on October 26 in Week 43 for westbound has been cancelled.



Service resumes with APL Esplanade (ESP) 407E/W: ETA Fuqing on October 13 in Week 41 for eastbound, and ETA Los Angeles on November 2 in Week 44 for westbound.



From the Pacific China South 2 (PCS 2), the sailing of the EVER Ursula E/W with its ETA Taipei on October 28 in Week 44 for eastbound, and its ETA Los Angeles on November 17 in Week 46 for westbound has been cancelled.



Service resumes with EVER Envoy (NVY) 083E/W: ETA Taipei on November 4 in Week 45 for eastbound, and ETA Los Angeles on November 24 in Week 47 for westbound.



From the Pacific North West 1 (PNW1), the sailing of the OOCL Vancouver (OVN) 111E/W with its ETA Shekou on October 19 in Week 42 for eastbound, and its ETA Vancouver on November 4 in Week 45 for westbound has been cancelled.



Service resumes with OOCL San Francisco (OSF) 144E/W: ETA Shekou on October 26 in Week 43 for eastbound, and ETA Vancouver on November 11 in Week 46 for westbound.



From the Pacific North West 2 (PNW2), the sailing of the CMA CGM Aquila E/W with its ETA Yantian on September 30 in Week 40 for eastbound, and its ETA Seattle on October 20 in Week 42 for westbound has been cancelled.



Service resumes in the following week, (vessel yet to be determined): ETA Yantian on October 7 in Week 41 for eastbound, and ETA Seattle on October 27 in Week 43 for westbound.



For the Pacific North West 4 (PNW4), the sailing of CSCL Bohai Sea (HCK) 030N/S with its ETA Hong Kong on October 8 in Week 41 for northbound, and its ETA Prince Rupert on October 26 in Week 43 for southbound has been cancelled.



Service resumes with CSCL Bohai Sea (HCK) 030N/S: ETA Hong Kong on October 15 in Week 42 for northbound, and ETA Prince Rupert on November 2 in Week 44 for southbound.



From the East Coast Express 1 (ECX1), the sailing of OOCL Chongqing (OCQ) 029E/W with its ETA Cai Mep on October 7 in Week 41 for eastbound, and its ETA New York on November 12 in Week 46 for westbound has been cancelled.



Service resumes with OOCL Chongqing (OCQ) 029E/W: ETA Cai Mep on October 14 in Week 42 for eastbound, and ETA New York on November 19 in Week 47 for westbound.
