OMAN Air Cargo is moving closer to achieving its goal of 100 per cent digitisation by offering 'information transparency', said senior vice president of commercial cargo Mohammed Al Musafir. This comes after the carrier awarded CHAMP a five-year contract for its suite of e-cargo solutions that will help open up the decision-making process to the market.
Following a rigorous competition, the airline not only decided to continue using Traxon cargoHUB and Traxon Global Customs, but also signed for two new solutions, reported Times of Oman.
'CHAMP is proud to win these contracts for Oman Air Cargo,' said vice president commercial Nicholas Xenocostas. 'Having a long-standing ties, we are thrilled to have had the opportunity to compete in an open market and continue supporting Oman Air Cargo in their digital transformation while adding additional value to their business.'
