ODESSA Texas fire rescue returned to the Permian Basin Container fire at 81st St and West County Road after a small blaze had reignited in a warehouse on the northeast corner of the property, reports the odessa American.
Fire crews attempted to extinguish the fire using a 1,000-gallon tank of water.
