The North American ports throughput index fell 8.5 per cent to 156.7 points in June 2021, 27.5 per cent higher than June 2020.
The Latin American index saw a 4.1 per cent decline month to month but had a 24.6 pr cent annual gain to stand at 124.7 points in June 2021.
The European Port throughput index remained unchanged at 123.4 points for the last three months.
Oceania's index declined six per cent monthly with all major Australian hubs recording a fall in Jun 2021.
The Africa index improved 1.7 per cent monthly and 19.4 per cent over the same period in 2020.
