Coastal Safety refloated the ship named Charles that Grounded on Balıkçı IsletThe Liberian-flagged 186-meter-long empty Bulk Carrier named CHARLES ran aground at around 23:30 the previous evening on Balıkçı Islet, south of Istanbul Büyükada Island, while on the way from Sudan to Istanbul.KURTARMA-7 and NAZIM TUR Tugboats, KIYEM-3 boat, a pilot and a diver were directed to the ship by the General Directorate of Coastal Safety.The ship was refloated at around 04:30.
