BUDAPEST's Ferenc Liszt International Airport processed 183,362 tonnes of air cargo in 2021, an increase of 36 per cent from 2020, reports London's Air Cargo News.
The airport declared it was achieved with a 4.8 per cent growth in the number of cargo flights.

'Our cargo developments will continue; Budapest Airport decided last year to further expand the BUD Cargo City, handed over two years ago, with preparatory works already underway and construction scheduled to start in 2022,' said Budapest Airport CEO Chris Dinsdale.
