Digital Yacht's veLINK creates a Bluetooth bridge for Victron devices to NMEA 2000 networks, simplifying marine electronics integration.
Digital Yacht, a leading manufacturer of marine electronics and navigation solutions, has launched its new product, veLINK, on January 6, 2026. This innovative interface establishes a wireless Bluetooth bridge between popular Victron Energy products and the NMEA 2000 standard data network for vessels.
With the veLINK interface, Digital Yacht addresses a common integration challenge faced by boat owners. Market-leading Victron Energy battery chargers, monitors, shunts, and solar regulators can now be seamlessly integrated into NMEA 2000 networks.
The veLINK meets the stringent interface requirements of NMEA 2000, a crucial standard in the maritime industry, and utilizes Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology. This device simplifies installation by drawing power directly from the NMEA 2000 network, eliminating the need for additional wiring. Users can easily install the device by plugging it into an empty network port.
veLINK supports up to eight compatible Victron devices simultaneously. Each device can be configured as a separate network instance, allowing users to assign custom names for easy identification on multi-function displays (MFDs).
Security is a critical feature of the veLINK system. Any alarms set on Victron devices are transmitted via veLINK to the NMEA 2000 network, displaying real-time alerts on compatible onboard screens.
Digital Yacht will showcase the veLINK at the Boot Düsseldorf fair in Germany, located in Hall 10, Stand D16, for maritime enthusiasts to explore.
The veLINK is already available for purchase at a listed price of 230 Euros, excluding taxes.
