Turkish Cargo launches a revamped website to streamline shipment processes and enhance user experience, as reported by Payload Asia.
Turkish Cargo has unveiled a redesigned corporate website as part of its digital transformation strategy, consolidating shipment planning and operational processes into a single platform, reported Singapore's Payload Asia.
Developed by Turkish Technology, the site enables shippers to manage processes from pre-booking to map-based cargo tracking. An interactive world map displays the global flight network, while advanced filters allow users to evaluate connection alternatives.
The platform also offers product and equipment options for different cargo types, supported by comparative tools. Turkish Airlines Chief Cargo Officer Ali Turk stated that the project aims to simplify air cargo processes, increase efficiency, and provide integrated, transparent services.
A 'How to Send My Cargo' page guides users through the shipment process step by step, while a fleet and equipment section helps identify suitable solutions. An AI-powered assistant, Cargy, enhances navigation and access to content.
The carrier mentioned that the website will improve predictability in planning and decision-making, supporting its strong position in the air cargo industry. The launch builds on Turkish Cargo's wider digital initiatives, including its partnership to operate the Digital & Intelligent International Cargo Terminal at Shanghai Pudong.
