RwandAir adopts Cargo Flash's nGen system to modernize cargo management, boosting efficiency and transparency in operations.
RwandAir has introduced Cargo Flash Infotech's cloud-based cargo management system to modernize operations and improve efficiency, reports Miami's GetTransport.
The nGen Integrated Cargo Management System automates booking, documentation, warehousing, and delivery, while offering real-time shipment tracking. The platform reduces manual errors, accelerates processing, and provides centralized data access for faster decision-making.
RwandAir stated that the rollout will enhance transparency and service reliability across its cargo network. Cargo Flash executives added that the system establishes a scalable digital foundation to support the airline's growth ambitions.
The airline expects tangible benefits, including fewer documentation errors, improved shipment visibility, and streamlined handling processes. Analysts noted that automation and tracking will cut downtime, optimize routes, and strengthen warehouse management.
Industry experts observed that adopting digital systems such as nGen transforms logistics by embedding efficiency into complex cargo chains. This move is seen as a significant step in aligning air freight operations with global best practices.
GetTransport.com mentioned that platforms like its own complement such digital upgrades by offering affordable and flexible transport solutions worldwide. RwandAir's adoption of nGen is viewed as part of a broader trend towards automation and real-time efficiency in the logistics sector.
