Ruscon has launched a new export route from Novorossiysk to China, enhancing trade efficiency and cargo diversity.

The Delo Group announced on November 2 that the transportation company Ruscon has opened a new route for exports from southern Russia to China. The first train arrived on November 1 at the Global Ports terminal located in the Vrangel Bay of Nahodka.

Seventy-six 40-foot containers were loaded onto the train in Novorossiysk. According to the company's plan, approximately 2,000 tons of flax cargo will be transferred to a ship on the Pacific coast after crossing the country by rail and will be sent to Tianjin by sea.

Mihail Poluyanov, Vice President of Ruscon, stated that they anticipate a transit time of 20 to 25 days for the route that combines rail and sea transportation. The company is preparing the second and third trains at the Novorossiysk terminal. Their goal is to increase cargo diversity and operate at least one train per week.
