More than 97 tons debris removed

More than 97 tons of submerged debris have been removed from the wreck of the 'Kea Trader' since the beginning of summer by the Chinese Shanghai Salvage Company

More than 97 tons of submerged debris have been removed from the wreck of the 'Kea Trader' since the beginning of summer by the Chinese Shanghai Salvage Company. As soon as the weather conditions are favorable, the work of removing floating debris on the rear part continues, and almost all of it has been treated. The daily monitoring of the 'Kea Trader' by SSC as close as possible to the wreckage makes it possible to note possible evolutions of positioning of the wreck or of degradation of its structure.
