After the sinking of the 'Bandeng' which had suffered engine failure off Loloda, North Maluku, on Aug15 and sank, two missing crew members were found dead, floating in different areas, while another was found alive and was transported to a hospital. One crew member was still missing by Agu 19. 45 persons had been rescued alive. The National Transportation Safety Committee and the Ministry of Transportation will be investigating the sinking of the ferry.
