The İMEAK Chamber of Shipping inaugurated its Ankara Office on April 23, 2026, with key officials and industry leaders in attendance.
The Ankara Office of the İMEAK Chamber of Shipping was inaugurated with a ceremony held on Thursday, April 23, 2026.
The opening of the office, located at Mahall Ankara on Çankaya Dumlupınar Boulevard, was attended by M. Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu, President of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey, members of the TOBB Board of Directors, and Ünal Baylan, General Director of Maritime Affairs at the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure.
At the ceremony, Tamer Kıran, Chairman of the Board of the İMEAK Chamber of Shipping, Assembly Chairman Başaran Bayrak, Vice Chairmen of the Board Recep Düzgit and Adnan Naiboğlu, as well as board and assembly members were also present.
Following the opening, the Board of Directors of the İMEAK Chamber of Shipping convened with the members of the TOBB Board of Directors at the TOBB Union Center to discuss the agenda items concerning the maritime sector.
