ACI's E will be held on January 29-30 in Amsterdam that presents opportunities to hear experts share insights on regulation, industry updates and developments, as well as discuss case studies.

The speakers include German Shipowners' Association (VDR) marine director Wolfgang Hintzsche, who will assess the Global Overview of Ship Recycling Updates and Developments.



The speakers who will assess the EU Ship Recycling Regulation as the Only International Framework will be Hapag-Lloyd director environmental management Wolfram Guntermann; HFW partner William MacLachlan; Leyal Group's business development head Dimitris Ayvatoglu and the European Commission's EU Ship Recycling Regulation policy officer Peter Koller.



A presentation on the 'Ratification of the Hong Kong Convention - Environmentally Sound Management in Ship Breaking: International Initiative and Bangladesh Response' will be delivered by North South University, Bangladesh's assistant professor Ishtiaque Ahmed.



Sea Sentinels director Rakesh Bhargava will focus on the IHM Requirements towards Green Ship Recycling.
