YEMENI Houthis and Saleh loyalist forces have launched a drone attack against an airport in Saudi Arabia, according to their spokesmen who hold the capital Sanaa.
Supreme Political Council (SPC) forces spokesman Brigadier General Yahya Sare'e announced that the Air Force carried out an operation on Abha International Airport this morning with Qasef-2k drone, Al-Masirah reported.
The drone hit an important military target inside the airport accurately, said Brigadier Sare'e, reported Tehran's Mehr News Agency.
The US and Saudi Arabia have backed the forces of Hadi loyalists from their tactical capital of Aden over the last six years.
