ACCORDING to Philippine Air Force (PAF) representative Col Maria Consuelo Castillo, the PAF and the USAF will establish the groundwork for ship sinking exercises, reports the Manila Inquirer.
During this year's Cope Thunder exercise, they will engage in subject matter exchanges to explore maritime strikes and anti-ship tactics.
'Perhaps, what's new here [in this year's Cope Thunder] is the subject matter exchange about maritime strike and anti-ship tactics,' said Col Castillo.
'Should there be actual practice, it could be used for future exercises.'
