THE United Parcel Service (UPS) has been developing drones for deliveries, with ups chief executive Carol Tome declaring that wind and rain are holding the drones back, reports Bloomberg News.
'You can't fly them when it's windy. You can't fly them when it's rainy,' said Ms Tome. 'There are lots of issues with drones.'
