THE rhenus Group has appointed Moritz Becker and Colin D'Abreo as co-vice president directors of its project logistics global division.
Mr Becker will lead operations in Europe, the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), and Southeast Asia and the Pacific (SEAPAC). Mr D'Abreo will oversee operations in the Americas, India, China, and the Middle East and Africa (MEA).
They will replace Carsten Schroter, who has left the company.
Rhenus said that Mr Becker has more than two decades in leadership roles. He joined Rhenus in 2017 as the head of projects in Germany and later advanced to become the managing director of Project Logistics Germany.
Mr D'Abreo has more than 30 years of experience and started his logistics career at KOG Transport Inc.
The company was acquired by Rhenus in 2015 and Mr D'Abreo was appointed as executive vice president and later as president of KOG until the company rebranded and operations transitioned to Rhenus in 2019. At that point, he became president of Rhenus Projects Logistics in the US.
