HONG KONG' Orient Overseas Container Line (OOCL), a Cosco unit, has launched a new Chinese language AI chatbot on its website, reports the UK's Seatrade Maritime News.
oocl introduced an AI chatbot known as 'Fin' on its OOCL.com, My OOCL Centre, and Freightsmart sites.
The chatbot enables customers to ask about various subjects, such as shipment schedules, FreightSmart product information, Cargo Tracking and more. It is initially available in simplified Chinese with development of an English version underway according to the company.
