The composite SeaNews Index is a fixed-weight weekly measure of shipping asset market direction. It combines secondhand, newbuilding, and demolition indices while publishing data coverage and confidence.

All published series use the same versioned methodology. Missing observations are not silently redistributed; coverage and confidence remain visible with the data.
