LUXEMBOURG's cargolux and Unilode Aviation Solutions (Unilode) have announced the renewal of their longstanding partnership, according to London's Aviation Business News.
Unilode has supported Cargolux's fleet and route network growth since 2009 by providing unit load device (ULD) management services and digital connectivity from its growing fleet of 172,000 ULDs.
Unilode provides a dedicated customer success management team based in Luxembourg and network planning through its operations control centre in Bangkok, with maintenance and repairs undertaken at 50 MRO facilities located around the world.
Unilode owns and manages the world's largest digitally enabled ULD fleet, and its pooling concept combined with its digital capabilities will further support Cargolux through its new digital developments such as the E-ULD APP and customer portal.
