FRANKFURT-HEADQUARTERED cargo general sales and services agent (GSSA) ATC Aviation is set to represent Alitalia in Germany.
The GSSA already represents Alitalia in Canada, Chile, Columbia, Peru and Switzerland, and its new contract for Germany came into effect in mid-January.
As part of the Germany contract, ATC Aviation will be responsible for all sales and marketing relating to cargo for Alitalia.
Alitalia's main hubs are at Rome-Fiumicino and Milan-Malpensa airports. An efficient road feeder service connects the Italian hubs with the German market, reports London's Air Cargo News.
