Vladivostok Marine Fishing Port has launched a container service connecting with Rizhao, enhancing trade links between Russia and China.
Vladivostok Marine Fishing Port (Vladmorrybport) has introduced a new regular container service linking the Russian port with Rizhao in China's Shandong province, reports Moscow's Interfax.
The Pacific Bridge Shipping Line will operate two voyages per month. The first sailing is scheduled to depart Rizhao on June 4 and arrive in Vladivostok on June 9. A 620 TEU vessel will carry containerized and refrigerated cargo.
With the new service, Vladmorrybport will run 15 marine lines, including two cabotage routes. Its main services connect to China, South Korea, Japan, Thailand, and Vietnam.
Vladmorrybport operates a universal cargo handling complex. Cargo traffic fell five percent in 2025 to about five million tonnes, including 340,000 tonnes of fish products and 317,000 TEU of containerized cargo.
Company data showed principal shareholders at the start of 2026 were Moscow-based Geoteks LLC with 51.9 percent and former chief executive Mr. Alexander Yevdokimov with 47.69 percent.
The Vladmorrybport Group also includes refrigerated facilities in Vladivostok, Nakhodka, and Elektrougli in the Moscow Region.
