The 'Ard', which had suffered a technical failure at Mersin on Dec 16, 2017, and was taken in tow to Tuzla on 18 Dec, sailed on Feb 22 Feb and arrived at Kartal Anchorage for trials after repairs have been completed at the shipyard. The sea trials were successfully carried out at Kartal Anchorage, under supervision of Class surveyors. A new set of trading certificates was issued by the flag state authority and classification society. The vessel will sail from Kartal Anchorage upon completion of departure formalities.
