Statü Maritime is expanding its fleet with three new ships, set for delivery in 2026, featuring eco-friendly technologies and national significance.
According to claims, Statü Maritime is preparing to add three new ships to its fleet expansion strategy.
The company has signed a contract for the acquisition of ships that are being built in Germany and are scheduled for delivery in 2026. The ships, which have not yet been delivered, are planned to be included in the fleet within 2026.
Each of the ships has a capacity of 40,000 DWT and is reported to be equipped with high operational efficiency and environmentally friendly technologies. This investment is expected to not only increase the company's carrying capacity but also strengthen its competitiveness in the international market.
Names Reflecting National Values
The names given to the new ships carry significant meaning. Inspired by important dates that hold a prominent place in Turkey's national memory, the ships have been named 'April 23,' 'May 19,' and 'October 29.'
This choice strongly reflects the company's commitment to national values.
The Fleet is Not Just Commercial, but a Cultural Structure
Statü Maritime's fleet organization goes beyond being merely a commercial entity.
In addition to historical names such as Kocatepe, Adatepe, Tınaztepe, Yeditepe, and Duatepe, the inclusion of figures who have left a mark on social memory, such as Can Yücel, Yaşar Kemal, Türkan Saylan, and Che Guevara, showcases the company's value-oriented approach.
Emphasis on Sustainable Growth
This investment by Statü Maritime demonstrates the company's aim to strengthen its vision of sustainable growth while advancing its position in the maritime sector.
With this step, the company continues to modernize its fleet and reinforce its value-oriented corporate stance.
