    The 'Zapolyarye' was detained in Ceuta due to a labour dispute after its arrived on July 28, 2018. The ship remained anchored off the coast of the North Bay. The shipowner has informed the Maritime Captaincy that he will be in charge of solving the problem. The Red Cross had to intervene through humanitarian aid, facilitating food for the sailors, since they no longer had supplies nor enough fuel to continue operating. By July 29, the shipowner had already bought fuel for the ship, but he did not know if the problems of defaults with the crew had begun to be solved. It has been confirmed that the ship complies with all safety parameters for navigation, but apparently it would not have a sufficient number of crew members.
