Russian drones targeted three foreign vessels in the Black Sea, including a Turkish-owned ship, causing fires and injuries among the crew.

The grain and export corridor in the Black Sea has reignited following the targeting of three foreign-flagged commercial vessels by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) belonging to Russia.

Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Oleksiy Kuleba stated that the attacks, which occurred late Thursday and throughout the night, caused fires on the vessels, but the fires were extinguished by the crew.

A new UAV attack occurred in the Black Sea.

The Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority announced that the attacked vessels were flying flags from Vanuatu, the Comoros Islands, and Panama. According to a separate statement from the Ukrainian Navy, it was reported that the cargo ship named 'Ant,' owned by a Turkey-based company and flying the Vanuatu flag, was struck.

It was noted that the ship, loaded from one of the ports in the Odesa region, was en route to Turkey.

As a result of the attack, a fire broke out on the ship, and two injured crew members were evacuated.

On Thursday, the vessels James II, Altura, and Velora were also attacked near Turkey's northern coast.
