New Mobile Application from the Turkish Deep Sea Captains Association (TÜRKKAPDER)
Founded in 1959 and holding significant representation in the maritime sector for many years, the Turkish Deep Sea Captains Association (TÜRKKAPDER) has launched its mobile application for its members and the Turkish maritime community, available on the App Store and Google Play Store.
The application provides users with access to current announcements, the ability to follow association activities, and quick access to digital documents. Additionally, with upcoming training and development modules to be added in the future, continuous learning and professional development in the maritime field will be supported.
The application, written and coded by TÜRKKAPDER Secretary General Captain Özgür Doğan GÜNEŞ, utilizes current technologies in its infrastructure and has created a special database application. Since the application has been developed without using external resources, it will be possible to add new modules quickly and flexibly in the future and update them according to needs. This approach aims to set an example for the maritime community. It has been emphasized that the association will continue its technology investments and projects that will contribute to the sector.
TÜRKKAPDER Board Chairman Captain Zafer AKBULUT, in his evaluation, stated that although the association's members consist of deep-sea ship captains, all stakeholders in the community support it. With strong knowledge, sectoral unity, and experience, they will continue to contribute to the maritime sector. He expressed that activities will also continue in various fields in this direction. 'We are a professional group association, but we will continue to walk together with all maritime stakeholders and all our seafaring friends.'
