Adem Şimşek re-elected as Chairman, İsmail Önal continues as Assembly Chairman at İMEAK Chamber of Shipping Aliağa Branch.
The new term distribution of duties has been completed at the İMEAK Chamber of Shipping (DTO) Aliağa Branch. Adem Şimşek has been elected as the Chairman of the Board, while İsmail Önal has been elected as the Chairman of the Assembly for the third time.
In the elections held on October 2 at the İMEAK Chamber of Shipping Aliağa Branch, the single list received 86 votes and won the election. Following the elections, the new term distribution of duties has also been finalized.
During the first assembly meeting held after the elections, İsmail Önal was re-elected as the Chairman of the Assembly for the third term, while Uğur Karakaş became the Vice Chairman of the Assembly.
In the board of directors election conducted under the supervision of the election committee, Adem Şimşek, Ufuk Yıldırım, Arif Saral, Tarkan Avcı, and Birol Akgöz were elected as board members. In the distribution of duties among the board members, Adem Şimşek was elected as the Chairman of the Board for the third time.
The memberships of the Accounts Review Commission were also determined by election.
Thus, as the election process and new term distribution of duties at the İMEAK Chamber of Shipping Aliağa Branch have been completed, Adem Şimşek will continue to serve as the Chairman of the Board in the new term.
