THE Regional Cooperation Agreement on Combating Piracy and Armed Robbery against Ships in Asia Information Sharing Centre (ReCP ISC) said in its first quarter report that there were a total of 14 incidents in Asia during January-March 2018 - 48 per cent fewer than in the same period last year
