Warplanes from the military of the eastern (Tobruk-based) Libyan government (the one recognized by most of the international community) attacked the oil tanker Anwaar Afriqya today off the coast of Sirte, claiming it was full of “mercenaries, weapons, and ammunition” for ISIS.
