    As Georgian Border Police told Trend, captain of the ship, Turkish citizen Resul Kara is charged with violating Georgian law on the rules of movement in the occupied territories.

    Georgian border guards detain captain of Turkish ship Georgian border guards detained a Turkish ship for illegal entry into Abkhazia's territorial waters.  As Georgian Border Police told Trend, captain of the ship, Turkish citizen Resul Kara is charged with violating Georgian law on the rules of movement in the occupied territories. The Georgian side accuses the captain of group violation of the law and illegal entry into the ports of Abkhazia on Oct.14, 2011, with Turkish cosater ship Osman Hasretler. A criminal case has been filed on the second part of subparagraph "a" of the Criminal Code of Georgia. Investigation is underway.
