The full text of the US-Iran agreement has been published, outlining commitments on military operations, sanctions, and nuclear development.

In the early hours of Wednesday, various media outlets in the United States, including Semafor, Bloomberg, and Axios, published the text of the U.S.-Iran agreement read to journalists by a U.S. official.

Iran's Tasnim News Agency also shared its own version of the text, which contains some differences in wording. The agreement, which was positively received in Tehran, quickly sparked debates in the United States and Israel. The emergence of details regarding the content of the agreement has reignited discussions about its value from the perspective of American interests. The text shared in the official press briefing on Wednesday is as follows, aside from punctuation marks and some differences in wording:

The United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran, along with their allies involved in the current conflict, declare by signing this Memorandum of Understanding that all military operations on all fronts, including Lebanon, have ceased immediately and permanently. The parties commit to refraining from initiating any war or military operation against each other, to avoid threats of force or the use of force, and to ensure the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Lebanon. The final agreement will confirm the permanent cessation of war on all fronts, including Lebanon, and the validity of the other provisions in this paragraph.

The United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran commit to respecting each other's sovereignty and territorial integrity and to refraining from interference in each other's internal affairs.

The parties commit to continuing negotiations with the aim of reaching a final agreement within a maximum of 60 days, which may be extended by mutual consent.

Following the signing of this Memorandum of Understanding, the United States will initiate the process of lifting the maritime blockade against the Islamic Republic of Iran and all forms of obstacles and restrictions, and will completely end the maritime blockade within 30 days. During this period, ship traffic will gradually return to pre-war levels. The United States also commits to withdrawing its forces from the vicinity of the Islamic Republic of Iran within 30 days of the final agreement coming into effect.

The Islamic Republic of Iran will make every effort to ensure that commercial shipping traffic between the Persian Gulf and the Sea of Oman occurs freely and safely for 60 days following the signing of this Memorandum of Understanding. Commercial shipping traffic will resume immediately and will be brought to full capacity within 30 days, in line with the removal of technical and military obstacles and the completion of mine clearance activities. The Islamic Republic of Iran will consult with other Gulf countries regarding the future management of the Strait of Hormuz and maritime services, addressing these issues through dialogue with the Sultanate of Oman, in accordance with applicable international law and the sovereignty rights of states bordering the Strait of Hormuz.

The United States commits to developing a comprehensive plan accepted by the parties, amounting to at least $300 billion, to support the reconstruction and economic development of the Islamic Republic of Iran, in collaboration with regional partners. The mechanism for implementing this plan will be finalized as part of the final agreement within 60 days. In this context, all necessary licenses, exemptions, and permits will be provided by the United States.

As part of the final agreement and within a mutually agreed timeline, the United States commits to lifting all sanctions against the Islamic Republic of Iran, including United Nations Security Council resolutions, International Atomic Energy Agency Board decisions, and U.S. unilateral primary and secondary sanctions. The parties acknowledge the critical importance of lifting sanctions and express their intention to prioritize these issues in negotiations.

The Islamic Republic of Iran reaffirms its commitment not to acquire or develop nuclear weapons. The parties have agreed on the disposal of the stock of enriched nuclear material in accordance with a mechanism to be determined by mutual consent, in accordance with the timeline specified in the seventh paragraph. The minimum method will be on-site dilution under the supervision of the International Atomic Energy Agency. The parties also agree to address Iran's civilian nuclear needs and enrichment activities, as well as other issues to be mutually agreed upon, in accordance with the framework to be established in the final agreement. The final agreement will confirm the provisions of this paragraph.

Until a final agreement is reached, the parties have agreed to maintain the status quo. The Islamic Republic of Iran will not change its current nuclear program, while the United States will not impose new sanctions or deploy additional military forces to the region.

The United States commits to providing necessary exemptions for the export of Iranian crude oil, petroleum products, and derivatives, as well as for related banking, insurance, transportation, and similar services, immediately after the signing of this Memorandum of Understanding and until all sanctions are fully lifted.

The United States commits to releasing all frozen or restricted funds and assets belonging to the Islamic Republic of Iran upon the commencement of the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding. The procedures and principles for the release of these funds will be determined by the parties during negotiations. The funds will be made fully available for payment to the final beneficiaries designated by the Central Bank of Iran, whether held in existing accounts or transferred to other accounts. The United States commits to providing all necessary licenses and authorizations in this regard.

The parties have agreed to establish an implementation mechanism to monitor the application of this Memorandum of Understanding and compliance with the final agreement to be made in the future.

Following the signing of this Memorandum of Understanding and subject to the implementation and maintenance of the measures set forth in the first, fourth, fifth, tenth, and eleventh paragraphs, the parties will continue negotiations on other items related to the final agreement.

The final agreement will be approved by a binding United Nations Security Council resolution.
