Enroute from Ystad, where she had sailed on July 31, 2018, at 12.30 p.m. to Rönne/Bornholm the computer remarked a mistake and suddenly shut down the engines about half an hour into the sailing. By the abrupt stop of the ferry a girl was injured by spilt hot coffee. She suffered burns. Wares fell out of the shelves in the ship's shop. 17 cars crashed. The ship remained sidelined in Rönne after its arrival at 1.40 p.m. instead of taking over the crossings of the ferry 'Leonora Christina' which had suffered technical trouble before, but remained sailing now.
