Delcy Rodriguez reports 463 homes damaged in US intervention; social aid program initiated for affected families.

Venezuela's Interim President Delcy Rodriguez made statements regarding the military intervention by the United States that resulted in the detention of President Nicolas Maduro on January 3. Speaking at a meeting held in the capital Caracas, Rodriguez reported that 463 homes were damaged due to the attacks and that a social assistance program has been initiated for the affected structures.

During the meeting with senior officials and mayors in Caracas, Rodriguez assessed the material damage caused by the U.S. airstrikes. She noted that hundreds of residences were damaged due to the attacks and that a social assistance program has been activated to repair the affected structures.

Calling for unity among the people, Rodriguez highlighted internal and external threats without naming them, stating, 'The best response is to act calmly and cautiously. Nothing can break us, and nothing can defeat us.'

Meanwhile, Defense Minister Vladimir Padrino Lopez announced a day earlier that 47 soldiers lost their lives during the U.S. military intervention.
