Vessel was proceeding down the river en route from Kalama to Chiba, Japan. Vessel was refloated, and taken up the river several miles according to USCG, down the river according to AIS track to anchorage near Skamokawa, and grounded again, while at anchor, resting on sand bottom. Vessel was refloated at 0740 LT Aug 12 with high tide, and taken back up the river to anchorage near Kalama, for possible damages survey. No leaks, no breaches reported. At 0200 UTC Aug 14 vessel was still at anchor near Kalama, with tug at her side.
