7Air, a US cargo airline, is set to enhance its fleet with a Boeing 767 freighter to meet growing demand, as reported by London's Air Cargo.
US cargo airline 7Air will add a Boeing 767 freighter to its fleet to support network growth, reported London's Air Cargo.
The Miami-based carrier announced the move in a LinkedIn post on May 21, stating that the aircraft will boost capacity and provide flexibility as demand rises.
7Air received Federal Aviation Administration certification in February 2025. The airline currently operates four Boeing 737-800 passenger-to-freighter conversions, each with a capacity of 22,000 kgs and 6,380 cu ft of cargo space. Another 737-800SF is due to join the fleet.
The carrier's website confirmed that four additional aircraft are expected. Services include ACMI, scheduled, charter, and ad-hoc operations across the US, Central America, and the Caribbean.
Earlier this month, 7Air began charter flights to Venezuela and added services to Saint Maarten.
In March, Juan Nunez was promoted to accountable executive and chief operating officer, having previously served as director of flight operations.
