150 tons diesel lightered, tanker refloated, master alcoholized

On Feb 7 the tank barge "Rüti - ZH" (MMSI-No.: 211520520) went alongside the grounded "Stavo" in order to lighter part of the cargo. In the afternoon 150 tons had been taken off, and the tank barge started to move slightly, without, however, rerfloating again. 90 more meters oil booms were ordered by the fire rescue Vienna and Kleinschönbichl. At 4.40 p.m. the tank barge was refloated without hull damage according to initial investigations. The fire rescue started to remove the oil booms. The master of the "Stavo" was drug tested and was found to have been intoxicated with an alcohol level of 0,74 per thousand.
