ISRAEL's flag carrier, Zim, is planning to impose a peak season surcharge on the westbound Asia-Europe cargo from August 15, according to American Shipper.
The surcharge, US$150 per TEU, will be applicable to destinations in northern Europe and the Mediterranean.
